In the year of our Lord 799, in the kingdom of Wessex, there lived a young woman named Tine Nell. She was the daughter of the King of the Saxons, and she was a woman of great beauty and virtue. She was also a devout Christian, and she spent much of her time in prayer and meditation.

Tine Nell died in the year 849, at the age of 50. She is buried in the Winchester Cathedral, alongside her husband, King Ecgberht.
